The Captains Camper is a wonderful place to get out of the City or off of the road and enjoy the great outdoors! Enjoy privacy, surroundings of nature with a peaceful view of Lake Cisco and a fresh lake breeze while sitting at the rock patio. This Camper has recently been updated and upgraded to a 50amp electrical service as well as an on-demand water heater to allow our guests to have a more comfortable stay.

There is technically only 1 bedroom with a King size bed but will sleep up to 6 people. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa, twin coach/bed and a roll away available. It has a bath upstairs with a slate shower and a bath downstairs with a footed soaking tub. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. Dishes and silverware are provided. If you like a home away from home atmosphere, you might give this one a try.

Welcome to Kozy Days Lake House. Our waterfront property is a hidden gem on Lake Coleman. With our spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath home, we can accommodate 12 guests in the house. Boat dock, fenced yard, and RV accessibility. Our Lake front property is facing west on a wide "no wake zone" area of Lake Coleman. This area of the lake is very easily accessible. It is just a 15 minute drive to Coleman, TX where you can find restaurants and small town shopping. Or it's just 45 minutes to Abilene, TX where you can find Abilene Regional Airport, and anything you need from a larger city. The property has approximately 100 feet of shoreline with plenty of yard for the kids to run around. Weather permitting you will see some of the most amazing Sunsets in your life. At the shoreline the water gets gradually deeper and at the end of our boat dock, is deep enough for swimming and for your boat. The property is very spacious with lots of room to toss the ball around, play badminton or volleyball. The house has 4 nice sized bedrooms, 2 full bath (showers only, no actual bath tubs), washer, dryer and a combination living, kitchen & dining area. Each bedroom has a king sized bed. The main living area has a 65" Smart TV. The downstairs master bedroom also has a set of bunk beds, and a small TV. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms with King beds, a full bathroom, a loft with 4 twin beds, and a deck overlooking the lake. The house has central heating and air conditioning. We can accommodate 12 people. On the property there is a large patio area with a gas grill and plenty of seating, a wood fire pit, a two car carport, and it also has one 30 amp and one 50 amp electrical outlet for an RV on the side of the storage shed. Water can be provided to the RV but no septic hook-up. If you do decide to bring an RV make sure you only drive on the designated part of the property. If the RV uses the property's electricity then it is an extra $30 dollars per day. We should have everything you would need to comfortably stay a week, or a weekend (except for food and drinks). There are plenty of pots and pans, cups (drinking and mugs), utensils for eating and utensils for cooking, dishes/bowls and wine/beer openers. You will be provided with bathroom towels, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, soap and paper towels. On the property during summer season, there are two kayaks for your use. When using these water crafts a life vest must be worn at all times. A standard life vest will be provided for the average person but if you have young kids or non-average sized person then you need to provide a life vest which is specifically designed for their size and weight. Included with this property for your use is: WiFi (the password will be provided when you arrive) a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, a DVD player (no DVDs though). There are 3 fire extinguishers on the property, one on each level of the house and one on the patio. Not included with this rental are: food, beverages, ice, beach towels, bug spray, sun screen, first aid, any personal items like toothpaste, deodorants, toothbrush, comb, hair brush etc. There is basic cable TV but nothing fancy like Showtime or HBO. This 2/2 lakefront cabin has a living/dining room, full kitchen, satellite TV, Hi-speed internet, and stacked washer/dryer. The large shaded stone patio has both propane and charcoal grills and a 4 person dining table and an 8 person picnic table. The living room offers large windows with amazing lake views. The dock is great for boating, fishing, sunbathing, floating, and swimming. We are located 20 minutes South of Graham, 90 minutes West of DFW, & 90 minutes East of Abilene. The kitchen, dining, and living area is an open concept space. The kitchen has a 13 ft island, full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, stove, and oven. The living room has a large dining room table that will seat 10, pool/ping pong table, couch and loveseat, and TV with Dish Network & Netflix. The water is 25 - 30 feet deep off the dock and has bumpers and ties along the side to tie-down a boat. The shoreline off the patio is steep and rocky and is not suitable for small children. There are steps down to the water from the walkway. We have fed the fish (Catfish & Carp) for many years. They will come to the shore and walkway when you give them pieces of bread or dog food. You will also see a few hummingbirds that migrate to our cabin every year. Paddle Sport Rentals, LLC will delivery Paddle Boards and Kayaks to the cottage, let me know if you'd like to reserve some of these for your trip.
